1-Year Repair Warranty
Every piece of jewellery purchased directly from Ethereal Elements is covered by a 1-year repair warranty from the date of purchase.

To begin a repair request, please email: topaz@ethereal-elements.co.uk. Include your order number, a clear photo, and a brief description of the issue.

Free repairs for any faults related to craftsmanship, including:

• Broken clasps or chains

• Wire unraveling or detachment

• Charm/pendant loosening

Repairs Outside Warranty
If your piece is outside the 12-month warranty or was damaged accidentally, a paid repair service is possible. Pricing is based on the type of repair needed.

What’s Not Covered

• Lost or stolen items

• Crystal breakages due to impact

• Stretched or broken elastic from forceful wear

• Custom orders beyond 14 days

Postage & Timeframes

Repairs are typically completed within 7–14 working days of receiving your piece.
